I. Overview of Three-Channel Transformer DC Resistance Tester
The three-channel DC resistance tester is a mandatory test item for semi-finished and finished products in transformer manufacturing, factory acceptance tests, installation, handover tests, and preventive tests by power departments. It can effectively detect manufacturing defects such as improper material selection, welding, loose connections, missing strands, broken wires in transformer coils, and hidden dangers after operation. To meet the need for rapid measurement of transformer DC resistance, Ficote Company has developed the ZGY series DC resistance tester using its own technical advantages. This instrument adopts new power supply technology and features small size, light weight, and large output current. The whole unit is controlled by a microcontroller, automatically completing self-check, data processing, display, and other functions, with automatic discharge and discharge indication. The instrument has high testing accuracy and is easy to operate, enabling rapid measurement of transformer DC resistance.
Product Aliases: DC resistance quick tester, transformer DC resistance tester, transformer winding DC resistance tester, transformer DC resistance quick tester, transformer DC resistance fast tester, inductive load DC resistance quick tester, inductive load DC resistance fast tester, inductive load DC resistance tester, three-circuit transformer DC resistance tester, three-channel transformer DC resistance tester
The ZGY-IV three-channel DC resistance tester (20T) adopts a dual power supply structure. For transformers with tap changers and YN connected windings, it enables simultaneous power application to three phases. The measurement system uses independent three-channel current sampling and independent three-channel voltage sampling, simultaneously measuring and displaying three-phase resistance values and three-phase unbalance rate. This greatly shortens working time and solves the problem of long testing time for DC resistance of each tap winding in power transformers, requiring only 1/3 of the time of traditional methods.
